There was a Tamiya kit with 4 scooters, 1 of which was the Vespa in question. It's kit #1801....out of production!

Also, Tamiya had a group of figures called Campus Friends. 4 college kids, 1 of which is a girl riding a Vespa. Kit #2434....also out of production!

Something for you Ebay rats to keep watch for!

It is listed as 1/32nd scale, but based on the measurements, I think it is close?

? Way cheaper than the Campus friend I found on E-Bay.
