The Kiel car show was today, and HRT, Fish, and myself were in attendance, along with Gilles. They had a model car show/contest, as they have in the past, but this year it was at least double the size it has been in the past! Their biggest one ever! Congratulations to HRT for taking a well-earned 2nd place in the adult division with his Lil. green Coupe. Nice job! 
Also, congratulations to Only Girl (and her little sister) for taking 1st place in their divisions! ;D. Gilles was attracting a good crowd everytime I saw it. The contest was very nice, but there were 2 separate guys who showed up with at least 15 cars each! One of the guys showed interest in joining our club!
And if that is not enough, The Kiel Custom Street Car Club would like us back next year to participate, AND to put on a tutorial to their younger group about how to get started and how to improve their skills! What a HUGE HONOR!!!!! We will work on an agenda for that, hopefully soon.
We had a great day and look forward to it next year, and I apologize if I didn't make it clear about when and where this show was. Keep on me and I will let you know for next year as soon as I hear the date and time, but it is usually mid to late August.
