Hi boys & girls. We are going to have a club cookout/party on July 3rd. It will be at 6:30 PM at Lori's Bar. We will do our own thing in the parking lot. Our little shindig will coinincide with Lori's 4th of July party which includes a DJ and fireworks (unless FDL Co. bans them because of dry conditions). I will be making burgers on the grill. For those who do not want hamburgers, Lori will be selling brats & hot dogs. Feel free to bring a dish to pass and bring some lawn chairs. If you could let me know who is coming and who is not, that would be great...either by phone or on this thread. Please try to let me know by July 1st so I can plan ahead for burger quantity. Thanks and I hope you can all make it.  |

Well things are looking good for the party...no so much for fireworks  It looks like there should be 18-20 of us in attendence. Please park accross the street at the Lamartine Firehouse (Lori's Parking lot will be blocked off). If you want to bring your latest model project or purchase along feel free. I will have a table set up in the shop for them. |

I agree, my wife said she had a very nice time getting to know the other wives and shear stories ( don't know what they could be talking about  ) and would like to do it again  |

I (we) had a great time too. Sorry I leakied out so soon. A straight ten hr. shift with no a/c, and the heat..... I was bushed. But we will do it again, maybe in fall? |
