I found, and am watching (on E-Bay) an R&R Resin squad car that I am pretty sure is right, but starting bid is $48.00 330501185000 What do we think? Maybe I should try to contact R&R directly for a hopefully better price? Let me know, weve got 4 days to go, but I'm sure there will be others... I would be happy to build it. I think I have all of the other parts. I have the AMT '60 Starliner for some stuff and a Hobby Heaven '70 Ford squad for police stuff?

Well boys and girls, I have good news to report about the Graffiti Squad Car (aka "Holstein"). Recently purchased from evilbay, it's a Hubley '61 Ford 4 DOOR model kit in 1/25th scale. It does need a rear bumper, but the Modelhaus has 'em specifically for the Hubley kit. It has a few minor glue spots that will need to be cleaned up, but is in really good condition overall. It's a curbside model with the hood molded in...no engine to detailing to do . This should make everybody's life much better, but now we will have to fight over who is going to build it ;D

Ya, I noticed that too. The pic from the car show is NOT the same shape(round) as the one on the "too far away" shot of the axle-ectomy car. Do we have any super-computer gurus that can enhance a still shot?

When do we need to have Mels and the cars done? I thought it was for the Car a funda but cant remember. Im actually back to working on the Citroen. I found an AMC paint color, Big bad blue should be pretty close. Still not sure if I should put dents in front fender or if anyone would notice. After all its such a GLAMORUS car! ;D

I think Car-A-Funda is right, but at this pace we'll be lucky to make the Cornroast

Fish, any luck on the bumper for the police car? I did not find one in the "mess", but I did order one from the Modelhaus yesterday. Now we just have to wait (4-6 weeks... )
